Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Please allow up to 15 days total. I need up to 7 days to make your item, and I ship every Saturday via USPS. Delivery takes an additional 5–8 business days.
Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?
A: All sales are final due to the made-to-order nature of each item. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email me within 7 days of delivery and I’ll help fix the issue.
Q: When do you ship orders?
A: All orders are shipped within 7 days of receiving the order.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: I ship worldwide. I currently provide free shipping within the United States.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: If you need to make a change, please contact me immediately after ordering. Once production begins, I may not be able to cancel or adjust your order.
Q: What sizes do your sweatshirts come in?
A: You can find size options and measurements on each product page. Feel free to reach out if you need help choosing a size!
Q: How many washes does the print last?
A: With proper care, DTF transfers + Heatpress prints can last 50-100 washes. DTG lasts a lot longer and is my chosen method of printing for heavyweight sweatshirts.
